Introduction: Generally, we use or buy herbs, (we'll use word of
HERBS as general expression), for it's effective material,
which called essential oils because of it's aromatic smell.
Essential (volatile) oils with pleasant odo(u)rs are obtained from
various plants to which they impart their characteristic odo(u)rs by steam distillation at atmospheric pressure
from barks, berries, buds, bulbs, flowers, grinds, herbs, leaves, peels,
pods, powders, rinds, roots, seeds, spices, trees, weeds, woods planted in
small farms in Upper Egypt or collected from Egyptian desert, which is rich
with wild weeds, or from
African sources. Each kind has his own benefit, so we can use
essential oils as single oil or blend in general natural food flavo(u)rs in cooking, fragrance ingredient, and aromatherapy
blends. Dilute pure essential oils in a carrier to use, such
as vegetable oil or alcohol, so the oil comprises 2 - 3% of the extract or
blend. Drops of oil near or under your door, under your
window to get air with your favorite smell or heat
single essential oil (or your blend) over a flame candle to get freshness
smell. Drops of oil in bath water. One drop of oil in boiling water for 4 - 5 cups to
drink or with tea. Cautions: Do not apply essential oils directly to the skin. People with skin sensitivities should test before
using. Ingesting some oils can cause health problems. Pregnant women should be cautious when using pure
essential oils. Keep in light-proof and cool place. Keep out of reach children. Email:
